If we ever find ourselves arguing to prove ourselves right, we are not truly stable.
Of course, it may be necessary to clarify something for accuracy, but it should never be necessary to argue with stubbornness. If we argue, it means we're not convinced about the truth. I need to check if I'm convinced of the truth of what I'm arguing about. If I am sure, then I need to remind myself that I needn’t argue, because truth will be revealed on its own, at the right time. This will ensure my stability in that particular situation and I find things slowly becoming right.
A short talk with a chance to ask questions and ending with a meditation. Why NOT take a break and join us?
